The “E-learning: Design - Training - Moderation” online course at Lutheran University of Applied Sciences consists of six modules. The program consists of virtual courses and is an integral part of adult education, therefore it is based on a media-didactic learning concept as there is no direct contact with the participants. The syllabus includes themes such as didactics, Technology in e-learning and Moderation and support. Participants acquire knowledge in the meanings of technical terms and tools in the field of digital learning, design virtual courses, plan and implement e-moderation scenarios and other beneficial abilities. To be accepted, applicants should have completed vocational training or education and experience in educational work with adults.
