The “Mediation” certificate program at Lutheran University of Applied Sciences is comprised of eight modules. The training focuses on conflict resolution in social relationships, especially in the family and work environment. In the end, the participants obtain a certificate from the Evangelical University of Nuremberg (EVHN) Mediator (FH) / Mediator (FH). Graduates become certified mediators and can start an occupation in family, public, economic, school and other opportunities. Applicants must have at least two years of practical work experience following vocational training or university education.
