The study program in “Master in Social Management” at Lutheran University of Applied Sciences has a length of five semesters. Graduates can enter management work in the social and health sectors, support the operations and assist in the management of large organisations, and take on academic and conceptual responsibilities and assignments in the public and private sectors. The compulsory admission is a diploma or bachelor’s degree in a nursing program.
