The “Bachelor of Arts in Acting” program at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences has a length of 7 semesters that include a practical semester. The course is established on an interdisciplinary basis, encouraging students to create a network of professionals and peers in the world of theater and film. The course curriculum includes Scenic Work and Practice, Speech Formation and Situational Speaking, Breathing Technique, Voice Training, Staging and Drama Analysis, Acting History and Theater Studies, and more. The admission requirements include a university or technical college entrance qualification, application documents with portfolio, and a successful audition or completed acting course. Apart from acting, graduates are also able to work in moderation, dramaturgy, direction and other areas.
