The “Bachelor of Arts in Design: Animation” program at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences is developed with the intention of preparing skilled animation artists. Over the course of 6 or 7 semesters, students are provided with in-depth knowledge as well as technical and conceptual skills in the field. The course curriculum contains Basics of Animation and Modeling, Basics of 2D / 3D Artwork, Modeling and Texturing, VFX, Motion Design, Character Animation and other subjects. A specially created portfolio is required upon application along with a university entrance qualification. Graduates are able to work in 3D animation, visual effects, 3D modeling, composition, technical direction and more.
