The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Film and Television Directing” at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences is aimed at those who are passionate about storytelling and motivated to transform their ideas into visuals. Individuals are encouraged to explore the medium of film and acquire real-world practical skills. The course structure covers all technical and creative aspects of the filmmaking process that directors are responsible for – researching, writing, developing and implementing. Students get the opportunity to master directing, screenwriting, producing, staging, and editing. Apart from being familiarized with numerous camera tricks, they are also taught to work with sound, production and post-production facilities.
