The “Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Health Psychology” program at Macromedia University of Applied Sciences teaches students how to identify the negative effects of clients’ way of life, to develop holistic preventive health concepts and, if necessary, to initiate therapeutic steps. Over the course of 6 semesters, students are given theoretical knowledge and practical skills. The course curriculum includes Health psychology, Counseling Psychology, Sports psychology and other subjects. In order to apply, students need to present a university entrance qualification. Graduates are able to work in coaching, health program development, addiction counseling, conflict management and other fields.
