The Mediadesign Hochschule, founded in 2004, is a state-recognized higher education institution for design and computer science seated in Berlin. It is privately sponsored by the Mediadesign Hochschule für Design und Informatik GmbH. In addition to its Berlin headquarters, the Mediadesign Hochschule, which has nearly 1,300 students, has further locations in Munich and Düsseldorf. It offers (notably extra-occupational) Bachelor and Master programs in six departments: Digital Film Design, Game Design, Media Design, Media and Communication Management, Fashion Design, and Fashion Management. Graduates of the Mediadesign Hochschule receive a B.A., B.Sc., or M.A. The prerequisite to study at the Mediadesign Hochschule is the completion of an admission procedure. In addition to the regular course offerings, the Mediadesign Hochschule also offers extra-occupational evening courses in the field of New Media (e. g., Media Design, Online Marketing, Web Design, Graphic Design).
