The “Bachelor of Engineering in Green Engineering - Designing Sustainable Processes” program at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences combines areas of knowledge of material transformation and energy technology. During 7 full-time semesters, students are taught engineering processes that are important for sustainable management. Chemistry and engineering basics, Basics of electrical engineering, Introduction to sustainability, Material characterization, Sustainable processes, Introduction to control and regulation technology, Engineering communication and other subjects are part of the curriculum. Admission requirements include a university entrance qualification or equivalent, or completed vocational training in connection with three years of professional experience and a passed assessment test.
