The “Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (Focus on Management)” program at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences is with a length of 7 full-time semesters. Students are provided with the ability to solve technical problems and at the same time to be able to assess their economic consequences and to communicate them accordingly between the departments of a company. Business Administration, Economics, Technical basics, Business informatics, Information management, Business Mathematics, Management and key skills, Specialized law, Quantitative methods and other subjects are part of the curriculum. As part of the admission requirements, candidates must present a General University Entrance Qualification, a subject-related higher education entrance qualification, professional advanced training qualifications that entitle the holder to study, or an assessment test for professionally qualified people without a higher education entrance qualification.
