The “Master of Arts in Information Design and Media Management” program at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences can be either full- or part-time with a length of 4 or 6 semesters. Students learn about various areas such as PR and public relations, technical editing, graphic design, specialist journalism, multimedia design and UX design. They acquire new knowledge and skills independently within the framework of largely self-directed projects, and learn to use their knowledge and understanding as well as their problem-solving skills even in new and unfamiliar fields of work. Admission requirements include a first professional university degree, which corresponds to study achievements of at least 180 points according to the ECTS.
