The “Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering” program at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences imparts interdisciplinary engineering knowledge that enables students to choose their specialization. Over the course of 7 full-time semesters, subjects like Computer science, Basics of electrical engineering, Chemistry and engineering basics, Technical mechanics, Materials engineering, Machine elements and design theory, Introduction to control and regulation technology and more are taught. As part of the entry requirements, candidates must present a General University Entrance Qualification, a subject-related higher education entrance qualification or proof of completed vocational training in connection with three years of professional experience and a passed assessment test.
