The “Master of Science in Engineering Management - Real Estate” program at Mittelhessen University of Applied Sciences has a duration of three semesters and is taught in German and English. The course concentrates on providing business and technical skills to students and drawing attention to the ecological problems involved in the real estate business. The program allows students to choose freely between two specializations Facility Management and Technical Asset Management. Students acquire economic thinking, planning, logic and analyzing skills. Graduates can start a job in the industrial, commercial, residential and special real estate areas of life. To apply, students should have a completed bachelor's degree.
