Offered in cooperation between the Mozarteum University of Salzburg and the Carl Orff Institute for Elemental Music and Dance Pedagogy the university course “Advanced Studies in Music and Dance Education – Orff Schulwerk” is with a duration of two semesters. The program is held by very experienced dance as well as music teachers. During this course, participants will benefit from modules such as didactics of elemental music and dance pedagogy, pedagogy and practice teaching, movement and dance technique as well as many others. Students, that are from a foreign and different cultural background will be further promoted to apply the pedagogy and to adapt it to their particular circumstances of each culture.
