With a duration of four semesters the study course “Master in Bassoon” is offered by the Mozarteum University of Salzburg. In order to be qualified for the Master’s degree, students must have completed a relevant Bachelor’s study course. During this program, students gain a solid experience in ensemble playing. Apart from a focus on the Mozart’s works, an emphasis is also placed upon contemporary music. In this program, participants must write a Master’s project.
