The four-semester degree program “Master in Piano Chamber Music and Lied” is offered by the Mozarteum University of Salzburg. The focus of this study course falls on the competence in musical ensemble work. During their study, participants will be able to acquire an in-depth understanding of the particular song pianist expectations and requirements. Other concepts involve the phrasing, articulation, text composition, phrasing and more. Students will explore works of chamber music literature of different epochs as well as instrumentations.
