With a duration of four semesters the study course “Master in Wind Band Conducting” is provided by the Mozarteum University of Salzburg. During the program, students will be able to practice orchestral, stage music as well as capella works. In addition, choral works alongside with instrumental accompaniment will be trained. Self-efficacy, self-empowerment as well as self-confidence will be emphasized. This course provides performance, audition and competition coaching. During their study, participants are enabled to further develop the personal performance capability.
