The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Double Bass” offered at Music and Arts University Vienna provides a full-time Bachelor’s course with a duration of eight semesters. This program is targeted towards secondary school graduates who wish to build a career as professional musicians. The Bachelor’s program aims to provide students with the groundwork of the various research areas so that students could take part in ongoing scholarly investigations from the beginning of their studies. In addition, the multidisciplinary approach of the program enables participants to acquire academic understandings in all domains of learning. The program is open to participants who are 15 years old and older.
