The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Guitar” offered at Music and Arts University Vienna Kunst provides a full-time Bachelor’s course with a duration of eight semesters. This program is targeted towards prospective students who would like to deepen the artistic skills that they have acquired during their previous academic studies. The Bachelor’s program focuses on the academic implementation of the various aspects of studying music education. Moreover, the particular focus on the extensive examination of the guitar as a musical instrument allows participants to put the acquired knowledge into practice. This could be done by the students’ active participation in university workshops and seminars where they could perform in front of their peers.
