The study program “Master of Arts in Historical Bassoon Instruments” offered at Music and Arts University Vienna provides a full-time Master’s course with a duration of four semesters. This program is an ideal continuation for postgraduates of another equivalent Bachelor’s degree. The Master’s program aims to deepen the previously acquired knowledge in the subject. While building on the obtained information, students could also acquire expertise in a particular subfield. In addition, students who cannot demonstrate sufficient academic understanding of the subject matter could follow an introductory module before the beginning of their studies.
