The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Music Education – Voice and Instruments - Violin” offered at Music and Arts University Vienna provides a full-time Bachelor’s course with a duration of eight semesters. This program is targeted towards participants who are interested in finding employment as secondary school teachers of music. The Bachelor’s program aims to provide participants with the core pedagogical skills of teaching music. Additionally, students obtain academic knowledge of the subject matter to be able to apply the acquired skills in the corresponding context. Throughout their degree, participants are allowed to acquire practical skills by participating in various seminars at partner music schools in the city.
