The study program “Master of Arts in Percussion” offered at Music and Arts University Vienna provides a full-time Master’s course with a duration of four semesters. This program welcomes university graduates with a relevant Bachelor’s degree. The Master’s program aims to go in-depth with the special knowledge that participants have acquired during their previous academic education. In addition to mastering the use of the percussion, students are also offered the possibility to receive academic training in the use of other instruments from this branch. Some of these instruments include mallets, Viennese timpani, pedal drums, as well as multipercussions.
