The study program “Master of Arts in Song and Oratorio” offered at Music and Arts University Vienna provides a full-time Master’s course with a duration of four semesters. This program is ideal for postgraduates of a comparable degree program who would like to build upon the previously acquired knowledge in the respective field. The Master’s program focuses on the extensive acquisition of song analysis, text comprehension and recitation of various stylistic genres.  In addition, the language skills of the participants are challenged through the interpretation of song and oratorio literature in various languages. A talent for languages is therefore a prerequisite.
