The study program “Bachelor of Arts in Trombone” offered at Music and Arts University Vienna provides a full-time Bachelor’s course with a duration of eight semesters. This program is aimed at secondary school graduates who would like to acquire academic skills in working with musical instruments. The particular focus on the trombone that the Bachelor’s program offers enables students to further develop their artistic competencies in the field. In addition, during their studies, participants are allowed to put the acquired knowledge into practice by participating in various seminars and evening events. Students are also enabled to receive extensive training in other auxiliary instruments, such as the alto trombone, bass trumpet and euphonium.
