The “Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biotechnology” is a dual study program with a duration of 8 semesters, conducted in German. The curriculum includes courses with the main focus on Natural Sciences and all branches of Chemistry (organic, inorganic, analytical, physical, etc.), Genetics, Biotechnologies, Bioanalytics, and more. The dual-study provides a parallel to the course training as Chemical technician, Laboratory assistant, Paint laboratory technician, as well as Textile laboratory technician. Apart from the in-depth theoretical and practical training, students will gain key competencies needed for a successful career. The BSc program is also a foundation for a later Master’s degree.
