The “Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering” is a dual study program conducted in German with a duration of 8 semesters. It is suitable for applicants with a high school diploma or a technical college entrance qualification, and a related training contract with a company. During their education, students will gain extensive knowledge in two key areas - Automation (Smart Factory) and Networked systems (smart living). Furthermore, participants will have a parallel to the course training as IT system electronics technician, Systems IT specialist, Electronics technician for industrial engineering, and Electronics technician for automation technology. The dual-study concept allows students to acquire hands-on experience and build a career network early on. Graduates are also qualified to pursue a consecutive Master’s degree.
