Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Food Science” is a 6-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum consists of core courses focused on food-specific content in biology, chemistry, technology and business organization. Students will gain in-depth theoretical knowledge and practical skills. They will have the opportunity to personalise their education by choosing one of the following specialisations - Product development, Quality and food safety, Application management, or Regulatory Affairs. Furthermore, students will undertake projects studies that aim to provide hands-on experience and professional core competencies. Graduates are qualified for top-tier positions in the nutritional and food and production industries. They can also opt for a consecutive Master’s degree.
