Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Food Science” is a dual, German-taught program with a duration of 10 semesters. It combines a scientific degree with accompanying practical work. During their course of education, students will dive into topics such as food microbiology, food chemistry and technology, agricultural science, and goods science. The program offers participants the opportunity to diversify their studies by choosing a specialisation field - Product development, Quality and food safety, Application management, and Regulatory Affairs. Furthermore, the dual-study format allows students to acquire practical relevance through various apprenticeships. The BSc is a foundation for a future Master’s degree.
