Description
The “Master of Science in Food Science” is a 4-semester program conducted in German. The course is a continuation of the Bachelor’s degree in the subject and aims to deepen the knowledge of students and expand their qualifications. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Quality Management, Food Safety, Product development and Innovation, Food processing and Biotechnology, Environment and Infrastructure, as well as corporate management. The MSc is practice-oriented and gives students the chance to undertake research projects and work in laboratories. The program prepares graduates for day-to-day operations in the field and also qualifies them for a consecutive doctoral degree.
