The “Master of Arts in Social Management” is an extra-occupational, German-taught program with a duration of up to 5 semesters. The majority of the course content is conducted through online seminars, thus giving participants the opportunity to study and work at the same time. During their education, students will deepen their knowledge in Business Administration, Social Policy, Quality Management in Social Work, Marketing in Social Work, Leadership and Human Resource Management, Law, and more. During the face-to-face phases, participants will acquire practical relevance and key competencies. Upon completion of the program, graduates can pursue a career in management of different social work facilities.
