The “Master of Arts in Innovation and Change Management” program at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences aims to provide students with knowledge and skills that will enable them to develop and market product innovations, service innovations, digital innovations or business model innovations. In addition to the hard facts and methods, students are also taught how to build empathy for customers and employees. By working on projects and case studies in small groups, students acquire in-depth knowledge and highly applicable skills. Admission requirements include a procedural grade of at least "good" (at least 2.5) of a first professional degree with a business focus or a degree of at least 180 ECTS credits that is comparable in terms of content, scope and orientation.
