Description
The “Master of Arts in Transdisciplinary Early Intervention” program at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences has a pedagogical focus and imparts theoretical knowledge in early childhood development, promotion and inclusion. The course is with a length of 6 part-time semesters and is aimed at specialists who are interested in working in an application field specific to early childhood education. In addition to the pedagogical focus, the course also includes interdisciplinary skills from the disciplines of medicine, therapy, psychology, law and management. Admission requirements include a qualified completion of a first professionally qualifying course of at least 180 ECTS credits, predominantly in the field of health, social science or a course that is comparable in terms of content, scope and orientation, at least one year of professional experience after graduation in a social, health or economic field, e.g. in an advisory or managerial position with individuals, groups or teams (e.g. in family counseling, in the management of social institutions, team and project leaders, in personnel - and organizational development) at the time of the application deadline and a letter of motivation.
