Description
The “Bachelor of Science in Applied Chemistry” is a German-taught program with a duration of 9 semesters. It is a dual-study course that gives participants the opportunity to carry out in-depth practical phases. During their education, they can carry out in-company training and deepen their qualifications. The curriculum includes multifaceted courses in General Chemistry, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, Chemical Thermodynamics, Chemical Engineering, Instrumental Analysis, Biochemistry and Biology, and more. Additionally, participants can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their studies. The BSc prepares students for the dynamic environment of the field and prepares them for complex tasks. Graduates are qualified to work in the chemical-pharmaceutical industry, the plastic and paint industry, research and development, analytics and process monitoring. Also, graduates can opt for a subsequent Master’s degree.
