The “Bachelor of Engineering in Building Services Engineering” is a 7- or 9-semester program taught in German. It is a dual study course and offers students in-depth practical phases through which they can deepen their qualifications. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Applied Physics, Technical Mechanics, Materials Science, Engineering Informatics, Technical Thermodynamics, Control Systems, Measuring Technology, Cooling Supply, Plumbing and Gas Technology, Business Administration and Law, etc. Participants can also align their studies to their interests by taking up elective modules. The BEng is application-oriented and aims to teach them how to implement their knowledge into practice. Graduates are qualified to assume positions in project planning, construction and implementation, development of building technology components and systems, energetic and technical building management, etc.
