The “Master of Engineering in Chemical Process Engineering and Process Technology” is a 3-semester and taught in German. It is designed for applicants with a corresponding Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their education. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Special Thermal Process Engineering, Particle Technology, Special Chemical Reaction Technology, Process Science, Industrial Chemistry, Computer-Aided Process Design, Power Plant Technology, Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technology, Simulation of Thermal Energy Systems, Heat Integration, and more. Also, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. The MEng is research-oriented and aims to provide them with the social, technical, and analytical skills needed to conduct scientific work independently. The program also promotes the development of soft skills needed for a successful career. Occupational opportunities include work in Chemical Industry, Petroleum Processing Industry, Plastic and Paint Industry, Automotive Industry, and Textile Industry.
