The “Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering” is a 7-semester program taught in German. The curriculum consists of multifaceted courses with a focus on Construction and Fluid Mechanics, Building Construction, Technical Representation, Construction Management and Construction Law, Geotechnics, Structural Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, Structural Damage, and much more. Additionally, students can choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their education. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, they’ll gain hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, the BEng promotes the development of soft skills needed for a successful career. Occupational opportunities include work in new building planning and dimensioning, construction management, project management, controlling, etc.
