The “Master of Arts in Counseling and Coaching” is a part-time, German-taught program with a duration of 5 semesters. It is suitable for applicants who wish to combine working and studying. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Introduction, Terminology, Social Background, Background, Setting, Teaching Supervision, Process and Flow Control, Consulting Methods and Content Control, Consulting and Coaching Online, Law, etc. Additionally, students can take up elective modules and diversify their education. The MA is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experience and key competencies. Furthermore, it promotes the development of soft skills needed for day-to-day operations. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to work independently or with the authorities. Graduates can also opt for a later doctoral degree.
