The “Bachelor of Engineering in Building Services Engineering” is a 7-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses with a focus on Applied Physics, Technical Mechanics, Materials Science, Engineering Informatics, Technical Thermodynamics, Control Systems, Measuring Technology, Cooling Supply, Plumbing and Gas Technology, Business Administration and Law, etc. Students can also personalise their education by taking up elective modules. The BEng is application-oriented and aims to teach participants how to implement their knowledge into practice. It offers them the opportunity to carry out internships, through which they’ll gain hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in planning and project planning, construction and implementation, development of building technology components and systems, energetic and technical building management, etc.
