The “Master of Financial Management in Facility Management” is a part-time, German-taught program with a duration of 3 semesters. It is designed for applicants with a relevant Bachelor’s degree who wish to further their qualifications. The curriculum consists of interdisciplinary courses in Economics, Corporate Management, Technical Basics and Building Equipment, Building Automation, Building Management, Commercial Building Management , Computer-Aided Facility Management, and more. Additionally, students can take up elective modules and diversify their education. The MFM is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experience and industry-specific skills. Also, it offers participants the opportunity to carry out internships and deepen their knowledge. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to pursue a career in various sectors of the field.
