The “Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management” is a 7-semester program taught in German. The curriculum includes multifaceted courses with a focus on Social Law and Health Care, Computer Science, Health and Digitization, Business Studies, English, Medicine for Non-Medical Professionals, Medical Application Informatics, Hospital Management, and Applied Statistics. Participants can also choose from a plethora of elective modules and diversify their studies. Throughout their education, they’ll receive extensive theoretical and practical training. Through various case studies and application-oriented seminars, students will gain hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. The BSc prepares graduates for a career in hospitals, outpatient health facilities and care facilities, health authorities, health insurances, medical technology industry, pharmaceutical industry, etc.
