The “Bachelor of Arts in Management in Organic and Sustainability Business” is a 7-semester program conducted in German. The curriculum includes interdisciplinary courses in Economics and Sustainable Business, Cost and Performance Accounting, Business Studies, Natural Sciences, Organic Farming and Ecosystem Economics, Commercial Law, Bio and Food Analysis, Food Chemistry, etc. Additionally, students can personalize their education by taking up elective modules. The BA is application-oriented and aims to provide them with hands-on experience and key competencies. Also, it promotes the development of soft skills such as teamwork, leadership, communication and organization, moderation, etc. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to work as environmental managers at local companies, or marketing managers in organic companies. Also, graduates can opt for a later Master’s degree.
