The full-time Master program “Master of Arts in Dance Teacher” with a duration of four semesters is offered by the Palucca University of Dance Dresden. It also provides the possibility to be taught in English language, part-time, with duration of six-semesters. It is ideal for professional dancers or teachers, who would like to deepen their knowledge and skills. By entering in this course, they have the chance to explore practical and theoretical lectures such as Dance, Dance History, Dance Medicine, Psychology, Pedagogy & Teaching Practice, Assistant Teaching. In addition, students can choose between three different specializations. Upon successful completion, graduates can find career opportunity in professional training institutions, dance companies and theatres.
