Paracelsus Private Medical University’s course “Master of Science in Health Sciences & Leadership” is part-time, and continues for three consecutive levels during three years. It is compatible with work, since the attendance periods interchange with those which are done remotely. The blended learning method is devised in the light of adult learning science and modern technology-based learning principles, so it adds value to the content of the course. There are theses written at the end of each level. Study trips and excursions to organizations, companies, institutions and health care facilities diversify the curriculum. The program requires signing a contract for traineeship and apprenticeship prior to commencement of studies. The content focuses on developing managerial skills in healthcare professionals, by discussing the health science parameters, leadership and management, especially through change and crises management, and interprofessional collaboration.
