The program “Master of Arts in History” at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg has a continuation of four semesters. The goal of the training is to prepare students for a career in humanities, cultural and social sciences. The curriculum includes the core subjects of medieval history, modern history, contemporary history, Austrian history, non-European history and global history, European regional history, economic, social and environmental history. Students acquire economic knowledge, foreign language skills, didactic and media skills. The admission requirement is a relevant bachelor’s degree or an equivalent degree.
