Description

The four-semester program “Master of Science in Human-Computer Interaction” at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg is instructed entirely in English. The joint course teaches students to research, improve or redesign interfaces and user experience. The curriculum includes HCI Theory and Methodology, Prototyping for HCI, Human Factors and Experience Engineering, Interaction Design and Digital Innovation, Ethics, Diversity and Society, Contextual HCI and other modules. Students acquire methods and tools and develop design thinking. Graduates begin careers in creative industries, software sector, trade and industry, consulting and training, as well as academic and application-oriented research and technology organizations.
