The study course “Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy (at the Faculty of Catholic Theology)” at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg lasts six semesters. The program provides students with a fundamental understanding of different scientific approaches to reality and the various philosophical responses and positions developed in history and the modern days. Students develop abilities to describe problems, think critically, argue logically and more competencies. To apply, candidates must have a school leaving certificate and a successful high school diploma in Latin. Graduates start a career in culture and human resources management, management consultancy and coaching, library, publishing, adult education and other prospects.
