The “Master of Arts in Middle Eastern Studies” study course at Philipps University of Marburg has a duration of 2 semesters. Students are able to acquire in-depth intercultural skills as well as academic and practical knowledge. The course curriculum includes Communication and presentation (Persian), Culture power and conflict, Political-economic structure and transformations in the Near and Middle East and other subjects. In order to apply, candidates must present a completed Bachelor’s degree and language skills in either Arabic, Turkish or Persian. After completing the program, graduates are able to work in international organisations, adult education, cultural management and more.
