Description

The Magister program “Protestant Theology” at Philipps University of Marburg has a length of 10 semesters. Students have the opportunity to develop religious texts and understand the background of biblical tradition and theological thinking. Biblical studies, Introduction to systematic theology, Interpretation of Old Testament texts and other subjects are part of the course curriculum. A completed Bachelor’s degree in addition to a university entrance qualification and proof of knowledge of Latin, Hebrew or Greek are prerequisites for admission. Graduates are able to pursue careers in cultural institutions, therapeutic counseling, adult education, and more.
