PHTW Vechta/Diepholz/Oldenburg, founded in 1998, is a private institution of higher education with locations in Vechta, Diepholz, and Oldenburg (Lower Saxony). The range of Master degree courses comprises “SMEs Management“ (M.A.), and “Systems Engineering“. Added to this are various continuing education opportunities for companies and its specialists and executives.
