The “Bachelor of Arts in Childhood Education” is a German-taught program with a duration of Pedagogy Based on Childhood Sciences, Theories and Approaches to Action in Childhood Education, Inclusive Didactics and Methodology, Ethics, Children's Rights and Children's Policy, Research Methods, and more. Additionally, students can align their education with their interests by taking up elective modules. The BA is application-oriented and aims to provide participants with hands-on experience, key competencies, and soft skills. Upon completion of the program, graduates are qualified to assume positions in day-care centres, family centres, homes and after-school care centres, in further training, etc. Graduates can also opt for a later Master’s degree.
